      Standard schedule Monday thru Friday Good spiffs Center management was good

      Cons

      Upward advancement is non existent They are closing down any center that is unionized They closed their top center in the company When they bought out Qwest they changed everything and it wasn't for the better

      Pros

      Good pay, good benefits, close at 7pm if you're a sales and care representative. If you don't mind offering products on every phone call and have a good sales pitch, this is the job for you!

      Cons

      Being an NOHD rep, we didn't close until 11pm which was horrible. Constant back to back calls without time in between. If we took a quick rest to catch our breath, a manager would be instant messaging us asking why.

      Pros

      The only "pro" is that they had decent insurance benefits.

      Cons

      Micromanagement, lack of management support, unrealistic sales goals, revolving door mentalities, poor training, too many meetings, change in policies by the hour, and incredibly slow installation team and unskilled tech support.
