      Pros

      Total work flexibility. If you get your job done, are professional and provide value to the company they will bend over backwards to accomodate your personal needs. Great opportunity to work on the latest technology platforms.

      Cons

      Somewhat difficult to get promoted, although if you are patient and prove your value there are many opportunities for lateral moves. With proper mentorship and proven abilities there is upward movement as well. Patience and proven results are necessary.

      There are a lot of bright people that work for this company and executing on an initiative is rewarding and satisfying

      Cons

      Merger pains remain, workforce cuts have lead to overburdening of resources and a poor work/life balance. Very political, but large businesses usually are. Systems and tools need consoldation and updating.
