Pros

Money is ok apart from that there are none. If I could 0 stars I would.

Cons

No support from above , branch managers are expected to deal with everything and when things get tough senior management make it pretty clear you are on your own. Unrealistic budgets set making it hard to ever achieve but pressure is piled on. RLD’s so concerned about their area being top of the league that they encourage negs to fudge figures- ours used to call it “grey areas” Company make stupid decisions like continually bringing in fee uplifts, rolling them out without any notice to branches and then leaving branches to deal with the inevitable fall out from landlords Staff morale was through the floor and turnover was high meaning it was really hard to keep a team together. Management talked a good game about taking steps to improve things but none of it was ever actioned or followed through. Illegal practice is encouraged, faking safety documents, moving tenants in without correct right to rent documents just to get move ins over the line. All highly risky for the landlords and the BM’s. Long working hours, lot of demand placed on staff by the business. Customer care very far down the list and waaaaayyy below making a profit. I have never had to deal with so many complaints in my life. Rash decisions made all the time on policy, staffing, branch closures etc, with no plan in place about the knock on effects for the team on the ground. Above branch level all they care about are results and profits but the company is so poorly run that the reputation is in tatters making it really hard for branches to deliver what is expected.

Pros

A once thriving company that has turned into a Corporate company that only cares about numbers no longer about clients or retaining them. Happy to provide crap ancillaries such as solicitors to their clients just because it makes them a huge profit, (over 400 pound per instruction) how do they repay their staff? A £15 Amazon voucher! Wow!

Cons

Everything about there set up and management

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. We are incredibly disappointed to hear about your experience at Leaders Romans Group and if you are comfortable, we would like to speak to you further about your comments on your time at the group. We take matters like this very seriously and have a zero tolerance approach to bullying. It would be really helpful as a minimum to know the location at which you were employed so would kindly ask that you contact our Group HR Manager Sophie (swiseman@lrg.co.uk) to let us know, even if you were to do so anonymously. Thank you. Razna – HR Department
