Pros

The fantastic girls in the office who had their heads screwed on!

Cons

Poor pay. Long hours. Give you peanuts for fuel! Management haven’t got a clue how to manage a diary. Would send you from Bradford to Sheffield and expect you to drive there in 10 mins then back to Leeds again in 10 mins! No lunch break. This job actually broke me. I was in tears most days. Absolutely no support from management who you don’t ever see as they work remotely. The people writing these reviews are currently employed by the company as every month there is a back ground on your computer asking (pleading) you to leave a review on glass door! Don’t be fooled like I was.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. Our Group HR Operations Manager, Sophie Wiseman, would really like the opportunity to speak with you directly so we can better understand and learn from your experience particularly around the lack of support you mention. Please reach out to her at swiseman@lrg.co.uk We want to reassure you that while we do encourage current and former employees to share honest reviews as we closely monitor Glassdoor feedback to help us improve but there is absolutely no expectation to leave a positive review and we certainly wouldn’t want anything being shared that is not truthful. We hope to hear from you soon. Razna - HR Department
