Pros

Great team environment. Company car was very nice. Being in charge of my diary. Property Managers very helpful. Would return to the role in a heart beat if posted to the right area.

Cons

Unclear on expectations if keys are missing. Micromanaging team leader. Pay slightly to low would liked to have seen it around 25k to 25.5k when freelance is a lot more and pricing for inventories apparent with clerks doing the heavy lifting from diarising to completing works. Tried to do complete an internal transfer from one area to another but the goalposts kept being changed by the Team Leader. Pushing the opportunity back for months. Especially during a time of needing to be closer to family. Found out during my time that the progression for senior inspectors was exactly what you just read. Ensure all clerks are actually trained to do all types of inspections. When covering other areas ensure sufficient travel time in the day is accounted for.
