Supportive Colleagues: Friendly and helpful team environment; coworkers were enjoyable to work with. Decent Management: Managers were generally fair and approachable, creating a relatively comfortable workplace culture. Competitive Pay: Compensation was reasonable for the industry and location, with salaries reflecting the workload.

Cons

Limited Internal Progression: Few opportunities for career growth or promotions, making it hard to advance within the company. Long Working Hours: Work-life balance was often impacted due to extended hours and high expectations. Lack of Development Opportunities: Minimal investment in employee development or training programs. High Workload: Demands could be intense at times, contributing to stress and burnout.
