Thank you for your review. Staff welfare is important to us and we encourage regular feedback and communication from our staff. I can confirm all reviews written are honest and genuine and we have no influence over what is written. One of our commitments from our recent Employee Engagement survey is to circulate and review the benefits we provide and this week we have launched LRG Extras, please see the recent email communication for more information. Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We are pleased that you have recognised the growth LRG has experienced through acquisition in line with our current successes. We value your feedback and will take your comments on board. We can assure you we recognise the importance of creating a reward and recognition package which shows our appreciation to all of our hardworking employees and are actively working on suggestions put forward by staff following our employee engagement surveys. We are currently in the process of developing a new training program and are promoting a range of Apprenticeships available to new and current staff, therefore should this be something would be interested in, please don’t hesitate to contact the HR Department. We highly encourage promotion from within our company, actively advertising our current vacancies on the Intranet and through internal communications so please do keep an eye on these as well. Thank you for your ongoing hard work and contribution to the business. Holly - Human Resources Department

Thank you for leaving a review. We like to encourage a work/life balance and we're happy to hear you enjoyed the day off in lieu for Saturday working. We're sorry to hear that you do not feel your targets are incentivised. We would encourage you to discuss any concerns you have over your commission with your manager or the HR Department. Thank you for taking time to leave a review and for your ongoing contribution to the company. Lizzie - HR Department
