Pros

Cons

Horrible company worth terrible management. Men get paid more than women. They have favourites who get paid more and the favourites are lazy and dont answer phones but get away with it.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I'm sorry that you did not enjoy your time working for us. I can confirm that pay is not decided based on gender. We would encourage you to raise any concerns you had with the HR Department for further investigation. If you have anything you would like to discuss further, please contact us on HRDepartment@LRG.co.uk. Lizzie - HR Department

Pros

The company helped out in a tight spot many years ago (unlikely to do so now!) Great trips/awards if you work hard Nice car Some decent training over the years.

Cons

HR is there to protect the company not the workers It seems they don't value or want to retain hard working individuals.

Pros

Good company with good values and lots of rewards available.

Cons

If you get a poor area manager who does not support you then you will not progress and will be made to feel undervalued and worthless. Especially if they employ friends or even family as management. Kind hours of work and different pay for everyone.

Thank you for your review and feedback. Leaders has always prided itself on having family business values and recognising the importance of rewarding our valued employees. We are sorry to hear that you felt undervalued. A supportive environment is very important to us, we therefore encourage all staff to contact senior management or the HR Department if they feel unable to approach their direct line manager. We would like to wish you all the best for the future. Samantha - HR Department
