      Employed role, can earn commission.

      Cons

      This company does not follow a professional approach and treats the staff members very badly. If you don't mind the management discussing your personal life with all the other brokers, then this is the place for you. Very poor set up through estate agency leads and no great systems in place. Over worked for very little pay. No support at all through management or colleagues, you might as well go self-employed.

      Pool commission does not reflect how hard you work Very hard to get promoted as people stay there for years and so no room to progress Salaries low and no car allowance

      Had a bad experience with the team and the management, wasn't involved felt left out and was handled poorly.
