Pros

Employed role, can earn commission.

Cons

This company does not follow a professional approach and treats the staff members very badly. If you don't mind the management discussing your personal life with all the other brokers, then this is the place for you. Very poor set up through estate agency leads and no great systems in place. Over worked for very little pay. No support at all through management or colleagues, you might as well go self-employed.
