Thank you for your review, your comments have been noted. We would like to assure you that we too recognised a need for a comprehensive training program, therefore our Group Training Manager who joined us last year has recently launched a new induction program which all new employees across the group attend. In addition, we are actively promoting a range of Apprenticeship programs available to new and current staff, therefore should this be something would be interested in, please don’t hesitate to contact the HR Department. As people are at the heart of our business, we are striving to provide our employees with the skills, resources and support to grow with The Leaders Romans Group. Thank you again for your feedback. Sometimes wonder if it is getting too big. Lack of communication. Regularly carryout employee surveys but they are cleverly worded to gain good reviews

Disappointed that company did not meet my expectation

Pros

My colleagues, minus my direct line manager.

Cons

I feel that there is poor communication at all levels. Staff do not feel valued and there were high levels of uncertainty. Worst of all was my line manager, there was a lack of support and there was a negative relationship with them and the rest of the team.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We are sorry to hear about your experience while working at LRG but would like to assure you that open communication channels are very important to us and something that we are actively working on at the moment through the introduction of a Group Intranet page. A supportive environment is very important to us, we therefore encourage all staff to contact senior management or the HR Department if they feel unable to approach their direct line manager. We would like to wish you all the best for the future. Louis - Human Resources Department
