Don't work in LRD!!

IT department works really hard. Nice introduction trainer. Fantastic even! Some branch are great, such as Farnborough! CEO seems pretty down to earth, but in the dark about major issues.

Cons

Drug abuse and drink drivers going unpunished. Forced into doing physical exercise as a punishment. Forced into playing games such as cold calling while being forced to stand for an hour. Inappropriate language and racial slurs used in the office. Management age is young and lacking real world experience. Bad parking arrangement. Cold calling!! Low starting wage. Stealing valuations from branch.

If you have a life limiting illness /registered disabled for good sake keep it quite from your regional manager. I was made to disclose my condition and since doing this my life was made a misery until I was so unhappy I had to leave
