      Pros

      Perfect working hours, great office staff and excellent head office and support network for staff. Real career opportunities to boot.

      Cons

      When trying to build a department I feel a little more could be done with budgets and expectations.

      Pros

      Benefits of large company - designated IT dept, latest hardware and gadgets. Onhand advice from in house specialists. Designated training as required.

      Cons

      Harsh demands on employees (opening times). You become just a cog in the wheel as HQ throw down directives and changes so branch staff then have to respond. Cut backs and layoffs. Essential parts of the Property Management system (finance) are remote and unaccountable and unavailable.

      Pros

      In office I've experienced a friendly, helpful & flexible attitude to the working and personal environment.

      Cons

      I feel there are far too many chiefs all of which do the same job, the areas for money saving is never at the management level which I feel is short-sighted of leaders but obviously to the office levels.
