Pros
Plenty of buzz and excitement in the Hoboken office every day. Management genuinely cares and wants this to be a great place to work. Lots of talent and potential. Casual workplace with Silicon Valley style perks. Plenty of nice people in the office and lots of fun challenges. Optimistic outlook if the company can tackle its growing pains.
Cons
Depending on where you are in the company, there can be some major differences between Jet's values and reality. In some of the teams, there is more discord and turmoil than I've seen at other companies. Be cautious about joining because you admire Marc's values – the company hasn't really figured out how to implement them yet, and the day-to-day job can be rocky if you land in the wrong team. They're not knocking it out of the park (yet).
