Pros

Join this only if you want :- 1. Field work 2. Free of cost delhi tour with 1 month of timepass training with code review. 3. To become a expert in fighting over a mail chains along with bad politics.

Cons

1. Worst work environment 2. Proper and systematic process doesn't exists in any aspect. 3. Training is conducted in Noida office. So visit only if one wants to have Delhi tour. There are experienced resources sitting in Noida office with no basic manners but do have underestimating natures with junior colleagues. 4. Lack of team work and proper support from senior colleagues having expertise of 10-12 years of underestimating others. 5. Lack of process for task allocation rather everything is decided over a phone calls. 6. No BRD/FRSD documents for new requirement development. 7. Good brand name outside India but here these peoples are spoiling this name.

Pros

Colleagues are awesome. Office location is not bad.

Cons

Ingenico is one of those companies that everything is shiny towards the outside world but inside the company its a rotten culture of hierarchy, backstabbing, french politics and disgusting awful treatment of employees. I would not recommend any expats to join this company as I made a deal for relocation and after my relocation the problems started.. my employment terms changed and what was agreed upon was not paid etc etc. this company is not reliable. the product is claiming to be state of the art but in fact is a 90s technology marketed as innovative. this company is not trustworthy, because you are just a number among all others. no human interaction is really happening. you don't matter. this company is for you if you like politics of backstabbing, where every two months you will have a new manager between another two layers of managers. manager of manager of assistant manager, and the chain is long, where everyone comes claiming to have international experience bla bla bla, but dont know the basic things about payments and what the company does. Strategy? I think this word doesn't exist in French because it seems Ingenico never heard the word before... Need I say more ? I dont think so. HR department... among the worst I had to deal with. Lets say it like this: Moving countries for this company is definitely not worth it, because once they have you, you are not worth anything to them just an added "cheaper" labor that can do the job..

Powerful potential wasted by visionless management

Pros

I give this company 2 stars, because I think the product still has some market potential, and there are still a lot of smart, good people working there. However, this company is falling apart. What used to make this a great place to work, is no longer. For a time, the company was emerging from dinosaur status and embracing new possibilities after their merger with Ogone and Global Collect. There was a focus on innovation, and everyone was very upbeat and eager to build a new company. However, after the mergers, the reality sunk in that after many years without product development the Ingenico ePayments offering is so far behind competitors, it is struggling to retain and attract new clients. Many optimistic, creative people have joined the company believing they can make a difference and turn the sinking ship around. The problem is with the very senior management and the board of directors; extremely conservative Frenchmen run this company; they are out of touch with the world of tech, and they simply don't get that to survive, they have to fully invent themselves.

Cons

This is a battleship who can't decide who it wasn't to be. It could be powerful, but instead, it is rusting and running out of fuel. All top management has been fired twice in two years. The strategy changes every 3 months. There is no employee development programs, and the company has no higher purpose. As a result, people who stay around there are only concerned with their own job security and survival. Ingenico is desperate, the company culture is "whoever can push their way to the feeding tube gets fed." So, everyone points fingers of blame at each other to survive. The company is bleeding talented people who burn out, or run out because they realize the place is in chaos. Stay away. Stay far away from this company.
