Sometimes some things needs to pass thru ~Group~ decision and that makes resolutions get longer and it turns too bureaucratic. Lack of response on HHRR side to consider or analyze specific and particular situation for countries with complex economic scenario ( devaluation & inflation ) to review salaries for staff.
