      Pros

      Some areas to be improved that can be taken as interesting challenges. As individual effort, there are a lot of opportunities to learn. Nice environment. Flexibility.

      Cons

      Minimum or inexistent opportunities to travel. There is not a clear career path. Culture is very conservative, therefore innovation in different ways is not a strength.
