* Benefits and salary are higher than in other companies. * Office is nice, and has a great view.

Cons

* Not a tech company, they are not worried in the Software you build. * No work methodology. * No use of new technologies, such as Git, CI, etc. * Not a great place if you want to be a good Software Engineer. * Upper management is not concerned in the Engineering team. They are more concerned in selling POS terminals rather than developing good Software for them.
