      Company has lost it's way...

      Pros

      Great people work at this company, very collaborative and passionate.

      Cons

      The executive wing has more turnover than any other department and has little to no direction either regionally or from the parent group in France. Company culture has gone from amazing to very poor with little or no hope of changing. I would not recommend it right now.

      Making Real Progress

      Pros

      It is clear that the company are trying to make some good changes and value the input of their people more than they ever have. We are listened to and ideas considered much more openly. We are moving to a culture of trust where we are treated as adults. Excellent working environment and great people! Communication is getting much better within Ingenico and we are working more cohesively as one big team #oneingenico

      Cons

      Whilst we are making progress, top down communication locally and from Group could be better, but i realise that we are on a transformational journey and I have no doubt we will get there. Sight of what is coming allowing time to plan and allocate resource would help. Resource is testing and the ability to replace leavers quicker would be a great help! Would be good to have sight of career progression opportunities that are available.

      Hi, thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. It is important for us to hear what we are doing well and what we need to improve upon. We have started to focus on personal development and implemented a new online development tool to help further employees development. We also have a week dedicated to learning each quarter. Continual development will help provide employees with more opportunities for progression. And the introduction of our Culture Champions, giving our employees a voice and forum to be heard, is working well. Some great ideas, initiatives and changes are being driven by this group to try and make Ingenico a better place to work. Keep up the good work! Ingenico Team
