Pros

Once a very good environment with no interference from the group on nar

Cons

Now everything had changed offshore and onshore with one man fooling around with people he is close to , which is the only reason he is recruited here. Data.. man mind it. See the differences in data People who used to work day and night without expecting any additional benefits, now think only of sticking themselves to the chair for 8 hours as it is pointed out vy this man and supported by Two people from groups. Names to be disclosed soon depending on the action taken

Pros

At a ground level, good people who want to succeed, pleasant working environment with up to date IT equipment and software.

Cons

Poor senior management resulting in varying disjointed decisions resulting in frustrations among staff. Departments not working cohesively together. Very few opportunities for personal development and where it is available it seems to be the same people.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback and we are sorry that your experience was not up to your expectations. We are very much in a period of change, working closely with our managers to support them with the right Information and tools to do their role. Open and honest 2-way communication is a key focus area for the organisation as well as breaking down barriers and stopping silo working. It is a journey and we are not there yet, but we are taking steps to try to address these areas. Additionally, we have started to focus on personal development and implemented a new online development tool to help further employees development. We also have a week dedicated to learning each quarter. Continual development should help provide employees with more opportunities for progression. The introduction of our Culture Champions, giving our employees a voice and forum to be heard, seems to be working well. Some great ideas, initiatives and changes are being driven by this group to try and make Ingenico a better place to work. Very best, The Ingenico Team
