Really Great Benefits, PTO, Holiday Pay and flexibility when you need time off. The culture in the environment is fair.

Cons

The pay DO NOT align with the work you will be doing. A lot of people leave due to this reason. Technology for internal programs you will be using are outdated compared to any other company. No room to advance, they will hire someone off the street before promoting within. Do not offer raises for employees, it’s a rat race to get to just collect pennies. They use temps workers a lot and do not hire them. All I can say is GOOD LUCK.

Salary is well below market value and is not equal among teams. Major pay discrepancies across people performing the same roles. Company lacks flexibility and perks offered at other companies in the industry. Lacks clear leadership vision with changing priorities from corporate office. Most likely preparing to sell off the US portion of the company and most good employees are leaving before that happens.
