Come for the package (intéressement & participation) and the advantages (Comités Entreprise, cheques vacances) / compensation & benefits

Cons

... but run from the management 4 years in the company, 5 different managers. Turnover rate is very high. New Reorganization every year. From RH perspectives, don't expect any support. Career-tracking mechanism doesn't exist. Career perspectives depend on internal politics
