Pros

Weekly pay, and hilarious co workers

Cons

As a MT (new hire) I am left alone at one of the Richmond HLE location ALL ALONE, to run an entire location by myself. That means I am renting to customers, answering phones, cleaning cars, taking vehicles to get Maintenance Requests done, picking up customers, dropping off customers, picking up vehicles from body shops, etc. I work 10-11 hours a day, and most of the time without a break because I’m the only person at the location. I always get told to take a break, but how can I when I don’t have a lending hand. I also get told by management that I can’t work over 48 hours a week, but that’s completely impossible considering I have absolutely no help. Every week I asked upper management for help, and I’m told “NO” without an Legitimate Explanation as to why. Managers constant promise customers something, but when the customers comes in they are never anywhere to be found, and we get the curse outs because of something that they did. (This happens on a regular) promotions aren’t guaranteed. If a manager doesn’t like you on a personal level, they won’t promote you, regardless if the numbers you bring to the store. The company doesn’t care about their employees, they only care about their money.

Pros

Every other department is great, especially the UK/Irish call centre side. Canteen, on site doctor, generous 23 holiday days. Decent salary and a good bonus scheme for call centre agents. UK market is a delight to work, the financial and accountancy side of the building seems happy.

Cons

Please be advised that all negative sides of my review are specific to the Spanish market in the call centre, don't read the below if you're applying for a different department that is outside the call centre. Spanish market has the worst leadership I've ever had to encounter in my entire work life. Nepotism is rampant. Team leaders and mentors treat the employees very poorly if there is any nay-say voiced out loud. The language used by the Spanish team lead can be classified as rude sometimes. Any lateral or upwards progression is actively halted by the leadership, any additional work courses provided are also denied. Stay away from the Spanish market in the call centre of this place.

Pros

Lots of business transformation taking place Global Corporate environment Location is fantastic for North Dublin Parking Restaurant is very good

Cons

A culture of bullying pervades senior management. They have all been around for 20 years and can't even see it. IT Support is the worst I have ever seen. IT teams are arrogant and will kill any initiatives which threaten their control of the company. Not much in terms of career opportunities. There are literally dozens of people who have been sitting in the same place for decades. No training or career development is given.
