Pros

AMAZING people A place to learn and learn quickly Great perks/benefits Mission-driven company, wants to positively impact customers lives

Cons

Things can move quickly, we are still growing and this is a competitive industry. Yes, there are aggressive targets but is that really a surprise? There are some cons that I agree with on here, but for the most part, I think people don't want to adapt to change or take advantage of the resources available to them, it's just easier to complain here then do something about it.

HelloFresh is a unique environment, which can be fast-paced; one of our core values is, in fact, ‘Speed and Agility’! We are also constantly trying to ensure that our teams are supported and can prioritize their workload to ensure they are working on high-impact, high-priority projects. We work hard to ensure that our job descriptions accurately portray the work and requirements of the job, and regret that your experience did not match with your expectations. We have started to define and create “Professional” and “Manager” pathways to help further develop our employees and provide progression opportunities. We strive to make HelloFresh a great place to be for our employees, and one way we do that is frequently surveying our employees to find out what they love about HelloFresh. While some members do leave the team, we are constantly looking at ways we can improve the employee experience and retention.

Pros

an adequate product, adequate training, adequate work apps/programs, virtual work environment, fun events and locations

Cons

low pay, unfair commission structure favoring maximum corporate profits over fair pay for workers, poor management, poor oversight, poor communication from management and human resources, high turnover, truly an underpaid brand ambassador role that includes a sales quote requirement/performance-based compensation that's difficult for most to attain
