HelloFresh is a unique environment, which can be fast-paced; one of our core values is, in fact, ‘Speed and Agility’! We are also constantly trying to ensure that our teams are supported and can prioritize their workload to ensure they are working on high-impact, high-priority projects.
We work hard to ensure that our job descriptions accurately portray the work and requirements of the job, and regret that your experience did not match with your expectations. We have started to define and create “Professional” and “Manager” pathways to help further develop our employees and provide progression opportunities. We strive to make HelloFresh a great place to be for our employees, and one way we do that is frequently surveying our employees to find out what they love about HelloFresh. While some members do leave the team, we are constantly looking at ways we can improve the employee experience and retention.
