They will hire anyone, they look down on you.

Cons

No training. Low pay. Don’t follow their own GMP’s . pushy line leads. Long hours. Few breaks. Cold temps. No leadership.

Pros

Some nice people and always tasty food around.

Cons

Horrible bullying and cliquey atmosphere. Feels like being back at school. No respect at all for your personal life outside of work and a seeming expectation to work late (despite the already longer than average office hours). A blame culture seems to be very much encouraged which leads to a lot of stress working here. Claims to be a flat hierarchy but this is completely untrue once you start actually voicing your thoughts and opinions. All decisions are led by money not what actually makes sense. Salaries are very low and not representative of skill or experience. No feeling of real ownership of your role due to micromanaging which is very demoralising.

unprofessional work ethics, promoting dishonesty, unstructured management, too many generals and not enough soldiers
