Leadership Hasn't a Clue

- HelloFresh discount - Nice office & terrace

Cons

- There used to be a lot of pros earlier but with the change in leadership, no one has a clue as to what is going on - The stock prices are dropping but they continue to hire & change the leadership. Hiring leaders who are sadly incapable of driving a united vision to help the company grow. - The amount of politics going on at the senior management level is SO evident to the most junior of people within the organisation & that is saying something. - The co-founders haven't a clue of the ground reality & believe the narrative being shared with them. - Pushing people out & silent layoffs
