If you are politically savvy and do no work, you will get promoted within a year

Cons

If you try to make the company better or focus on anything other than senior leadership topics to grow at all costs, you will be yelled at on a regular basis until you quit

We have a work council now

Leadership trying to integrate the culture and management style of big tech companies such as Amazon, without having the infrastructure or the scalability to support it. Figure out your own management style instead of copying, in the hope of playing in the same league. Culture and atmosphere have changed a lot over the past year in the company. Leadership is not transparent at all, and the communication internally is hostile. Heroes mentality, nepotism, and equal opportunities for all are a front. Work-life balance depends on your manager alone. Awards are given out for working overtime and dedication to work overtime, workload increases immensly.
