Pros

There were lots a room for opportunity. Incentives were always provided for the top performers. Hybrid schedule with great emphasis on work/life balance. Pay was above the surrounding call centers in the area. Discounts on everything!

Cons

Operations are constantly changing so job security is questionable at times. Spikes of work due to the constant changing with few consistent policies. Can get overwhelming if you're not a good multi-tasker.

Free food, good work life balance and unlimited sick days

Cons

Very low compensation, the plant managers mistreat the staff. Safety and food safety are non existent. Surviving on minimum pay for all jobs. Culture is terrible. And there's bugs in the food.
