Fun and laidback but with little opportunity to progress

Free fruit and breakfasts, huge discount on HF boxes, young and energetic team, laidback atmosphere. Monthly events and free booze! For a long time KPI and SLA targets were unachievable due to staffing and workflow but are now being reassessed.

Cons

No real progression or opportunities to gain more responsibility in the role. Senior management are young and lack experience. Same issues are often repeated without resolution. Staff not given enough constructive criticism.

Pros

I wonder why people love free snacks and discounts. Other than that, there's another: you can exploit the fact you can't be fired immediately.

Cons

Prepare to be working in an environment where 3/4 of people, regardless their position or power, are incompetent or hard to even have a least meaningful conversation with. Pure feudalism with everybody protecting their position, and you may as well be just cannon fodder in this game. (in fact, it is very likely)

discount on boxes, newer office equipment, i used to like my old manager and i loved who worked under me.

Cons

poorly managed, no loyalty to staff, consistently hires outside, poor pay, favoritism, lack of innovation and no room to grow
