Pros

The overall mission of the company is sound. The products are amazing and I trust giving to anyone I know or love.

Cons

Nickel and dimming every little thing to the point of no return. Goals to reach a BILLION new customers in two years to meet metrics but deploying massive layoffs (very counter intuitive). Managers are not held accountable for their actions and drive more workers away, than layoffs. 50% of team leaving in less than 2 years due to poor people leaders. Half of my team is leaving due to our poor leadership and being constantly put down. Little to nothing in terms of career growth. Pay is 12-35% lower than market. Cultures are not valued or respected. No respect for family emergencies.

Pros

Work from home flexibility available

Cons

- Where to begin? The root of many of its issues lie in the intense disorganization across multiple teams and departments, as well as the toxic meeting culture. I use the word toxic because it’s normal to see a meeting last from 2-4 hours quite often making you wonder when you’ll have time to get things moving along. - The teams are also heavily spread across the world making time zones a common issue, especially if your project has teams across 3 different zones. - Also, this is a very “deck” heavy culture - expect more time presenting and justifying details than actually executing. Often, a presentation for leadership would be the reason why the actual project at hand isn’t being completed quickly enough. - There’s also inefficiencies with tech. There aren’t company wide tools for project management. This causes communication with external teams confusing and leaves room for confusion often. - Briefing tools are a glitchy mess. The company needs to invest more in internal tools to have work processes run efficiently.
