Iconic brands & products. Great benefits package! Very competitive salary/ compensation & medical benefits! Extended family leave policy for all new parents! Very, very committed to diversity, equity & inclusion (actually seems more important than driving the business)

Cons

Global policies, finance & procurement operate/drive the company, not sales & marketing. You must be a good corporate sheep, ignore logic, practical experiences & accept the reality that you are being asked to juggle with your hands tied! Senior leadership is like a clique; and only a select few are welcome in their circle. People do not leave good companies they leave bad managers & GSK/Haleon certainly has their share of bad managers!

- absent HR maybe one of the worst departments in the company. - a lot of layoffs all the time for the sake of profit - leadership management is lacking of humanity - poor benefits and company culture - no innovation or product pipeline - toxic working environment - every 3 months ways of working are changing for the worse. - there is no possibility to grow within the company. - they announce year end bonus but management actually gives it only to their buddies.
