Organization is in cost cutting mode right from year 1, even the management focus on pretty small things like cutting on one side cab removing snacks etc The people's managers are from BPO so the culture they are maintaining is also same,no proper growth opportunities. Haleon emerged as a company with immense promise and potential. Founded on strong values, employee appreciation, excellent benefits, and the maintenance of a humane and healthy environment. However, in less than two years since the demerge from GSK, Haleon succumbed to mounting pressure for profit growth, overshadowing its core values and forgeting the values. The company resorted to massive layoffs, intense pressure, workforce reductions, and cuts in brand investments. The once-positive environment soured, with short-term profit delivery becoming the sole priority, relegating long-term sustainability of the business to the background.
