      Short-sighted and superficial.

      Employment perks like gym classes, meals, etc.

      Management are short-sighted and obsessed with tactical marketing plays which is causing instability, lots of redundancies and throwing money down the drain chasing trends. There is very little long-term strategy and management seem caught up in their own interests showing barely any unison. A LOT of talk - very little authenticity particularly around looking after their employees in a genuine way (wages, career progression, mental health) and their "sustainability" agenda. Has not been able to find a P&C executive because the company doesn't really value this function which says a lot.

      High Turn Over, High Turn Over, Long Hours

      Nothing that this company offers is worth the pain in the end

      Cons

      This place has extremely high turn over, inept management who do not know what they're doing. Management doesn't effectively communicate nor are they consistent. Management will place ENORMOUS expectations on you with very little to no training and you will be required to work very long hours since the company is international (US, Asia, EUR, AUS). They will make a quick offer but be aware at this company is not worth it in the end. You're better off seeking an opportunity with work/life balance and reasonable expectations with adequate training.

      Colleagues, Office space and location

      Cons

      Management. They want to do everything fast and bully their juniors to manage their expectations which are very unrealistic. Also, they keep changing their mind, so, nothing is permanent, even your so-called benefits. And HR is very bad in communicating any changes to you, they cherry pick what to say and what to not!
