      Great products that people love Good benefits and regular socials with friendly colleagues Flexible hours and work from home Opportunities to build relationships at all levels

      Cons

      Complete lack of strategy which changes every week according to arbitrary targets and regular re orgs Top down approach with heavy micro management of the people who actually get the work done Endless meetings with very little actionable outcomes Very dated equipment and tools…feels like going back in time Regions often operate in complete siloes, hence your experience may be different according to the country you work in
