No direction, operation is messy. No respect to employee whatsoever. Do expect the big boss can direct wechat a junior guy at 1am criticising something nonsense. And if you cant answer, you disappear from office the next day The company promote something called "GaBa" culture for speed of innovation, no one understand what it is, but you hear this word a lot in different meeting, and if you dont do extra work means you are not "GaBa" enough. Employee come and go very quickly since either management can fire someone follow their mood, or the employee cannot stand the company. You have to say yes for everything and lick your boss shoes a lot to get to the top.

A twisted place. Incompetence at the top. Management acts on emotions rather than reasons. Favours incompetent shoe shiners. Talented honest productive team players tend to suffer a great deal and are badly treated. If you are a like to lie and cheat, this is the place where you will be loved and treasured and promoted. They promote this “GABA” idea but it is just an excuse to drive you even harder. They promote this “think like a disruptor” thing but really is a cover up for their ignorance about the markets and operations.
