      Pros

      The pay is reasonable for the area. Products are good

      Cons

      Middle management is hands down the worst I have seen. I have never been beat down so badly from poor leadership. Can’t win regardless of what you do. If you don’t fit in with the cool crowd you will be shunned and eventually fired. Most don’t make it to their 90 days. They use you for ideas and to do their dirty work then fire you.

      *moving target * a wide range of responsibilities. increase the risk of burnout and may limit the ability to develop deep expertise in key functional areas. *structure still has a big room to improve * Communication and alignment could be improved. * Limited quiet workspace for focused and productive work. * Employee benefits, particularly insurance coverage, are relatively basic compared to market standards. Not really represent the health company. No provident fund *Limited structured development plans *No dedicated employee parking
