Frankly, i would not recommend you to join their company not matter you have an interview opportunity or have an offer from them: 1. I have exceeded most of the KPI deployed, however, one day, I was told by the HR department that my position is no longer available and it was not about financial/ performance issue. The company sacked me with no reason. Not only this, the company requested me to stay in the company for 2 more weeks and not allowing me to go for any interviews... 2. Management levels were too hands on to everything. They cared about the artwork design of a tiny piece leaflet, keep complaining about its design and the creative agency, even when the artwork design met all criteria from the brand guidelines as well as all deliverables

Very poor poisonous HR will force you to resign randomly with no good reason. Chaotic strategy very short term thinking very naive ruin the nice brands they brought. Impossible targets to reach Senior management very incompetent do not know hk market spending a lot of the company money change direction everyday and they call agility if you can not keep up you are in trouble they give you no support no training. Assessment every 3 months drive you crazy never seen such a thing in work are we in primary school?????? Management have no idea how to develop brands wasting time on meetings. Cutting budget like crazy. Very hard to work there no continuity coz colleagues have very high turnover rate.
