Pros

If there are any, they don't last long enough to record.

Cons

Management is a joke. Corporate is nothing more than the head of a greedy snake. Expectations are ridiculously high, even if your store is working with next to no employees. The ideals that Goodwill supposedly stands behind serves only as a mask to conceal their unfair profit making strategies.

Pros

The coworkers, it's a job

Cons

Pushed to make an unrealistic quota and price average everyday. Little do they know half the processors just print tags and stuff them in their pockets. No incentive, since only management gets bonuses for your work.
