Flexible schedule. You can find some great buys. But you can't shop at same store you work at.

Cons

Only 1 Holiday, Christmas they closed each year. They say they employ and work with people with disabilities. They lie. I can't stand on my feet all day. I have severe dust allergies. They gave me a job which required me to be on my feet all day. So I was in great pain. They gave me dirty looks when I had to keep sitting down. They never cleaned the store which made me sick due to my dust allergies.

Good environment with good people, hours are flexible, the work is interesting and keeps you engaged.

Cons

Work starts at 7 AM. Management doesn't care about you or your years of service. I was fired for making a mistake (the seriousness of which I was never informed about prior) and was fired immediately without any sort of proper warning.
