Fun atmosphere, with truly great employees who are hard working. Although they don't get compensated for their great work.

Cons

Goodwill does not do much for the community at all. They are NOT a charity and charge SALES TAX.

Goodwill Industries of Denver could be described as the "employer of choice".

Pros

The company is a nonprofit who contributes to the Denver metro area's high school (approximately 26), provides those with disabilities a place to work and allows adults using Adams and Arapahoe county services a place to gain employment knowledge (including resume writing, how to interview, etc).

Cons

I think the downside of Goodwill Industries of Denver is not being able to provide the assistance to 100% of those we serve.
