If you're a do-gooder, this isn't a bad place to work

Pros

Dedicated, considerate people who really care for the disadvantaged.

Cons

There are two groups of people who work here: Those who have been here 10+ years, and those who are new to the work world. Either way, none of them really know much about the for-profit world. The focus is really on low-level jobs, on the same caliber as working in the Goodwill stores and donation centers. Anyone looking for a job with brains or skills can't find help here.

Pros

Care more about employees than most companies, do best to make everyone from the bottom to the top feel as if they matter. CEO isn't afraid to jump in and help anytime needed. VPs are personal and available if a need arises. Real people who care about making a difference.

Cons

I haven't found many cons to the company yet. People have a negative comments about the Goodwill, I have been working here for a year now and most accusations about our company are completely false.
