Pros

The people you work with are for the most part, great. They make the day go by fast, even when donations are heavy. Pay is fair, along with management treatment. When it's not busy, sometimes you have time to catch up on other duties in the store, but it's good.

Cons

Rumors. People gossip in stores like no end. Most of it's nonsense, but some of it could be hurtful at times. Not many cons to speak of.

Pros? Not sure there are any! Mgmt is TERRIBLE and wishy washy!

Cons

No guarantee of hours, low pay low raises, favortism runs rampant, no organization, no training, you just wing everything!
