      Pros

      They provided training in several areas while earning a salary. The hours worked were from 9am-pm which are the most desired by the majority of workforce.

      Cons

      There aren't any cons that come to mind. I was trained at the job center and would have preferred longer training at that job site.

      Pros

      Any job other than management can be done in your sleep. Management takes the brunt of anything deemed wrong with the store.

      Cons

      Management has no clue what they want. They seem to be trying to mimic Walmart by trying to make everything look the same and selling defective goods from Target and Kohls. Started a "round up program" where cashiers ask customers to round up their subtotal to the nearest dollar in the name of donating. They tell customers that 50% of the donations stay in that town to help the needy. In 2014 one store raised over $1600 for the program. The donated money from the round up was never used for any in - town families or churches as promised.

      Near minimum wage Boss can be rough to deal with when things go wrong no matter who's to blame Several responsibilities and tools to perform those responsibilities only made available by asking security Very limited access in building Busy times are really busy with little to no help ... Work alone
