Goodwill is growing every year. It's a stable company with room for growth.

Cons

Resistance to change. It can be difficult to get changes approved and to move new or different ideas forward. Accountability is a dirty word.

Great atmosphere for learning retail.

Cons

Difficult to stock the shelves & racks as we are not allowed to pull (thin out) to make room for new items. This is only at the South HIll Goodwill.
