Pros

Flexible hours while I was in college. Formed some great relationships with several of my co-workers.

Cons

Poor pay. Constantly micromanaged and monitored by management on camera. Constant “nit-picky” complaints and criticism, with little positive feedback or appreciation. Understaffed and often working alone on busy days when lots of donations were coming in, resulting in the job becoming much more physically demanding than it needed to be.

Pros

Never a dull moment when it comes to the interesting customers. Friendly staff who has become my friends. Good hours when you actually become full time.

Cons

Management changes way too much and there’s no consistency between them. Good quality workers quit and replaced with people who don’t care. Overworked and under appreciated. Sales are bad and the no tag no sale policy is making it worse. No raises to growth to be had. Empty promises. Really understaffed so I have to do the job of three people.
