Pros

It's ok for a job if you have no other options at the moment. Met a lot of good people. Pay sucks for what they expect from you. Not much chance for growth and a lot of favoritism. Managers NEVER close and they have no clue what's going on in their own stores.

Cons

Bad pay, expensive not so great benefits, they take advantage of people's barriers to employment. The retail workers get paid nothing but are expected to do so much while higher ups just complain and drive around in nice cars and get big bonuses.

Pros

Employee discount, but watch out, big brother is watching, so if you violate any of the 20 stipulations, you'll be fired and prosecuted

Cons

Quota driven, supplies used in daily processing are out of stock. Under budget by $20k a day, creates turnover, around 300%, with no end in sight. Micro management at every turn. Horrible leadership team; run away. .now. they play too many games Monthly LP audits, door donation audits ...they use a hash mark to track donations. Tie bonus to how much in cash donations you bring in and if you are not at goal, you don't bonus.

Pros

Benefits that's about it they do promise you a good amount of pto but good luck using it

Cons

The place was a dump. I trained for two days sorting clothes. I was then left to run the store i was told on several occasions the store looked alot better. I came in for my shift on a thursday and was told by the VP to get out. He didn't feel I was a good fit anymore this is 3 months after starting. I tried to ask him why he said you need to go and walked me out. I was approved for us benefits. The whole organization is disorganized and says one thing and does another
