Pros

It's mission; however, very little of the millions of revenue brought in actually goes to the mission, and the services that were offered across the state are now almost non-existent.

Cons

Poor management that is only interested in their own salaries. They have destroyed a once great non-profit service organization. Now, it is a sinking ship.

Brick people will work together . Two good store managers named Roger and Eric . Eric is the man to go to if you want a problem solved, he understands and has class.

Cons

a little better pay.- a more respect for workers

Helping customers with disabilities overcome difficulties and teaching them career development skills. Management encouraged and provided continuous training and self-improvement workshops.

Cons

Management seemingly turned their heads when supervisors were managing and treating their staff poorly, which some were notorious for. Not much room for advancement.
