Low pay, A lot of labor, Shifts are always under staffed. You’re scolded and micromanaged. No clothing comps for uniform. You’re performing a lot of labor but the uniform is pants, which are uncomfortable to work in. You don’t get a discount on store snacks. You can work work over 4 hours with only a fifteen minute break. The clothing racks are always stuffed and because of it the customers throw the clothes everywhere to be able to look at the clothes, so it causes a lot of additional clothing that we need to clean. Little flexibility in scheduling for part time employees.

I came in with management experience and started at the bottom,begged for full time and to move up,despite claims that hard workers can move up I watched them hire management from outside with no goodwill experience and watched part time employees leave and hiring continue while we continued to ask for full time,come in on time,work hard,and no call outs. Hours cut for HAVING to get a second job to make livable money.
