Pros
I will give them this: the cafeteria has improved markedly, offering breakfast & lunch at prices that are affordable, which is important considering that our salaries are dastardly low. And the meals can almost qualify as real food! (You know it's bad when the only pro I can come up with involves the scrambled eggs or salad bar.)
Cons
If Disneyland is "the happiest place on earth," then I posit that Forever 21 is the most miserable place in the universe. However many circles of hell there may be as according to Dante (I googled and it's nine), there should be a new one created specifically for Forever 21. Smashing your head against a brick wall would be more beneficial and rewarding than working here. Trust me - I've tried both. At least with the head smashing, you can control when it stops. Does logic appeal to you? Common sense? Rationality? If so, I strongly suggest you keep looking for a job elsewhere because F21 is a madhouse that exists solely to appease the many whims and moods of the owners. Do you enjoy being berated and put down by your manager? Do you want to be belittled and shamed for trying to do your job? Should you find yourself amenable to these conditions, then by all means, apply. Hate your family and want to get away from them? Then the 10+ hours you'll be working a day are a perfect fit. I'm not including the commute. Don't like money? Good, because your salary will be low. Enjoy indigestion? Have I got a place for you! The saddest part about my experience here is that I've met many fantastic people, most of whom are just as miserable as I was, and we bonded not because of our personal interests and hobbies, but because of our common disgust for the company. Well, at least now I have new brunch partners.
